On Tuesday morning (3:00 AM), August 11, 2008, after being in Wisconsin for 4 days, we were warmly welcomed into the Milwaukee area by unseen guests. They went into our closed, but not locked, side garage door and broke into our car to steal our satellite radio. They also took the vent it was attached to, and our car phone charger. The first picture is of our car window rolled up in the garbage can, and the next is the missing window. Too bad we didn't take pictures before it was all cleaned up. Chemene actually heard the banging, but not until the last one. She never figured out that it was our car receiving the beating. Luckily, one of our neighbors hollered out "Hey!" to try to catch them, but they still got away. Welcome to Wisconsin.:( Now we can't go anywhere without looking over our shoulders. That usually doesn't happen in the neighborhood we're in. We're just lucky, I guess.

Yay! I'm so excited that you started a blog. Now we can keep in touch :) I am sorry about your car! How horrible. I'm glad Chemene didn't go out there to check... Have fun getting all settled in and good luck finding your way around if it's anything like Nashville! Can't wait to hear from you guys!
Wow, that is quite the housewarming gift! I'm glad that you are safe and nothing happened to you guys. You all look so good and very happy! This was my first time seeing Jaycee-she is a doll. When are you going to have "Chance?" Haha. Just kidding.
